Updating Your Load Volume Software
Loadscan can supply Load Volume Scanner (LVS) software updates or configuration changes as an automatic update file.
To update your LVS software, you will need:
- A USB Flash Drive
The current software version is displayed on the LVS computer console system screen.
To begin, head to the Loadscan Portal Dashboard and sign in.
Click “Knowledge / Documentation”
Click “LVS Software Latest Update →”
Click “Download LVS 3.0-634 Automatic Update File”
Copy the file to your USB Flash drive. Ensure it is saved to the root level and not a subfolder.
Power down the LVS computer console.
Insert the USB flash drive into the console USB port.
Re-power the console
The update will start automatically after the console computer boots up.
Once the update has been completed, a pop up will appear, asking you to click “Continue”.
After clicking continue, you’ll computer will restart with the latest load volume software.
