Username Reminder
If a user has forgotten their username they can have it emailed to them.
- From MyScanner’s login screen click the forgot user name button.
- Complete the form.
- Check your email, if the email address is related to a user in MyScanner you should have received an email with the username inside.
Password Reminder
Users who have forgotten their passwords can have a reset link emailed to them. The user must have an email address associated with their user, if this is not the case the user will be a managed user and an organization admin can set a new password for the user.
- From MyScanner’s login screen click the forgot password button.
- Complete the form. If you have forgotten your username you can have it emailed to you using the user name reminder form.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to set a new password on your account.
