Username Reminder

If a user has forgotten their username they can have it emailed to them.

  1. From MyScanner’s login screen click the forgot user name button.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Check your email, if the email address is related to a user in MyScanner you should have received an email with the username inside.

Password Reminder

Users who have forgotten their passwords can have a reset link emailed to them. The user must have an email address associated with their user, if this is not the case the user will be a managed user and an organization admin can set a new password for the user.

  1. From MyScanner’s login screen click the forgot password button.
  2. Complete the form. If you have forgotten your username you can have it emailed to you using the user name reminder form.
  3. Check your email and follow the instructions to set a new password on your account.
