Your scanner’s measurements can be accessed by selecting the Measurements menu item from the sidebar or if on mobile using the the Hamburger menu    and selecting your scanner.

Filtering records

Records can be filtered based of their success, error, warning and cancelled states. The purple bucket button toggles the colours on and off the measurements grid.

Records with specific warning states can be shown using the filter options in the dropdown menu to the right of the primary filter controls.

Warning filters are only supported for scanners configured to use the latest log file format. Older formats will still be able to filter based of a record’s success, error and cancelled states.

Showing all measurements for a day

By default 50 rows will display at a time. The pagination controls can be set to Active days which will show a whole day’s worth of measurements per page. Paging with Active days selected will skip days which have no measurement data.

Showing measurements for a period

By default the measurements page displays Latest measurements and the page auto updates with new incoming measurements. To display results within a fixed period switch from Latest measurements to Measurements in period.

When viewing Measurements in period start and end times can be selected and the search control will find results within the chosen period. Auto updates are disabled in this mode. When selecting the measurement period the date range input colour day’s which have scan activity in blue.

Exporting measurements

To export measurements, switch to Measurements in period. Select the start and end dates for period of measurements you are interested in and select the export format you want from the Export dropdown control.

The export may contain multiple excel or csv documents, one for each configuration change on the scanner which changed the log file’s headers.

The exported measurement data will be filtered and orderer based of the selected period, search and ordering values.

Downloading log files

To download log files, switch to Measurements in period. Select the start and end dates for period of log files you are interested in and to download them select Download log files from the Export dropdown. The download will include all log files for the selected period and ignore the search, ordering, and pagination controls.

Any updates

When viewing Latest measurements MyScanner will update to show the latest measurements as the selected LVS scanner pushes them up to MyScanner.

Incoming measurements will push the displayed set of measurements down and depending on the page controls will move them to the next page. Updates can be paused by toggling the Pause auto updates button.

Advanced searching

Using the search bar, measurement records can be queried across multiple values. Searches are case-insensitive.

Warning!

Note that searching only works against whole words. I.e. if searching for the text Australia the query stralia will not produce results.
